Ketamine therapy is no longer on the fringes of mental health care. Decades of medical use, combined with a growing body of clinical research, now show ketamine to be a rapid and effective treatment for depression, trauma, anxiety, addiction, and chronic stress—often when traditional therapy and medications have fallen short.
Ketamine also offers more than symptom relief. When used intentionally and paired with therapy, it can create a temporary window of increased flexibility in the brain, allowing for meaningful shifts in perspective, emotional processing, and long-standing patterns. Many people experience not only reduced suffering, but a renewed sense of clarity, connection, and possibility.
Because ketamine is legal when prescribed and administered appropriately, I’m able to offer ketamine-assisted therapy services now, including both individual and group options. These services are grounded in clinical care, psychological safety, and integration—helping ensure that insights gained during ketamine sessions translate into real, lasting change in your life.

Ketamine is a legal anesthetic and pain reliever that is now being used as a rapid and effective treatment for depression, trauma and PTSD, addiction, anxiety, and chronic pain.
Ketamine can be beneficial on its own. However, combining it with therapy can be even more effective. That’s because Ketamine activates a temporary window of time in which your brain has a heightened ability to let go of old patterns to make room for new connections and ways of thinking.
I’m trained to support and gently guide your Ketamine experience to help you move past mental barriers, release trapped emotions, and get to the root of your suffering faster than therapy alone. A few treatments of Ketamine-Assisted Therapy can accelerate your therapeutic process, allowing you to experience results that might require many years of traditional talk therapy.

Although I can’t encourage the use of medicines like MDMA, LSD, and psilocybin (mushrooms) until they become legal, I offer comprehensive support for people who are determined to embark on their own journeys.
Together, we’ll discuss harm reduction strategies and design a personal preparation plan to help you have the deepest experience possible. After your journey, I’ll help you make sense of your insights and apply them to your life in a lasting way.

Group Ketamine therapy offers a powerful and significantly more affordable path to treatment while still providing comprehensive therapeutic support.
There is also something uniquely healing about entering a ketamine experience alongside others. In a carefully held group container, participants often experience a deep sense of belonging, shared humanity, and relief from the isolation that so often accompanies depression and trauma. This experience can soften shame, increase feelings of worthiness, and gently challenge long-standing patterns around intimacy, trust, and connection.
Group ketamine therapy isn’t better or worse than individual work—it’s different. The medicine works internally, while the group field offers an external mirror that can support relational healing in ways that private sessions cannot. Many clients find that insights gained in group settings translate directly into improved relationships and a stronger sense of connection in their daily lives.
Qualifications:
The sad truth is few psychedelic practitioners are qualified to offer you the safest, most transformative experience possible. That’s where I come in:
I received a certificate in psychedelic-assisted therapy and research from the California Institute of Integral Studies and completed the MAPS MDMA-assisted therapy training as well as a 3-year training in psychedelic and transpersonal therapy from the AWE Foundation.
I’m also trained in the Hakomi method and Internal Family Systems therapy, which are two of the most widely-incorporated therapeutic modalities to accompany psychedelic work..
Outside of clinical work, I’m a published author and international speaker on the topic of psychedelic therapies, and my fieldwork takes me all over the world to learn indigenous healing practices from native communities. I’m an advisor to the Chacruna Institute for Psychedelic Plant Medicines and serve as faculty for psychedelic therapy programs at Vancouver Island University, the Chacruna Institute, and the AWE Foundation.
